Are you thinking of finding out who has First Aid Certification, Implementing Safety Rules and collecting Emergency Contact Information for each Owner in case something happens so we know who to contact for them?
I think it is a great idea to have this information readily available so we know who can help and who to contact in an emergency

Yes, totally open to suggestions - I like all of that. I think fire and water safety is also important so posting some resources for that would be good too. Please go ahead and share anything that you have so I can add it to the main post.
